Private Client Terms
- Sketches are free. You pay nothing until you approve a sketch.
- Each order includes the number of sketch revisions stated for its tier. Extra rounds are quoted before we draw them.
- A 60% deposit confirms your order, buys fabric and books your workroom slot. The 40% balance is due after your final fitting and before delivery.
- Once fabric is cut, the deposit can't be refunded. Before cutting, we refund the deposit minus any fabric already bought for you.
- Rush orders (under 3 weeks) carry a 25% fee and depend on workroom capacity.
- Prices are in naira. Card payments in pounds or dollars are charged at the day's rate by our payment provider.
Fitting & Alterations
- Measurements are taken in inches at the Lekki studio, at a home fitting, on an Abuja fitting day or by our self-measure guide.
- If something doesn't fit, tell us within 14 days of delivery. Alterations at the Lekki studio are free.
- For orders outside Lagos, we cover the return courier for alterations caused by our measurements.
- Diaspora orders include extra seam allowance so a local tailor can make small adjustments.
- Changes to the design after approval, or changes in body measurements after the final fitting, are quoted separately.
Privacy Policy
- We collect your name, contact details, measurements, reference images and order history only to make and deliver your outfit.
- We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and UK GDPR for clients in the UK.
- We never sell your data. We share it only with payment providers (Paystack, Stripe) and couriers (GIG Logistics, DHL) to complete your order.
- We only post photos of you or your outfit with your written permission.
